Julie has worked for the British Council in a worldwide capacity for over 20 years in the role of teacher, resources officer, business development manager and finally a regional role covering the Middle East & Northern Africa.
Julie is highly skilled and respected trainer, writing, promoting and delivering programmes – from simple English within the workplace to full management degree qualifications. Julie enjoys mentoring participants, whilst sensitively handling advice and guidance across a broad level of experience.
Julie is also an experienced Assessor and Internal Verifier in a wide variety of areas from Customer Service to high level Management & Leadership training. In addition Julie will design, implement and quality assure literacy and numeracy programmes including training assessors and delivering group and one to one training.
Julie is responsible for Internal Quality assurance of a variety of programmes within Concept Academies as well as taking a hands on role of assessing, and training delivery when required.
