Many of our public ‘open’ courses can be delivered ‘in-house’ in order to minimise travelling costs, and meet availability requirements of staff within the business.

 

Content can be personalised to meet industry sectors if required, however with qualification based subject areas, the assessment criteria must still be covered and met within any personalised delivery models.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training Qualification (In-house)

Delivered in house to meet your needs

Our popular Level 3 Award in Education and Training course can be delivered as an ‘in-house’ option for organisations. This can be delivered on the customer’s premises or location of their choice.

Due to the assessment requirements of the micro-teach session, we require a minimum of 4 delegates run this although 5 or 6 is more ideal. Further delegates up to a limit of 12 per course can be accommodated however a minimum of 2 training rooms would be required for larger numbers for the final day to enable the running of 2 micro-teach sessions consecutively as the time frame averages around 1 hour per person with delivery and feedback.

Many of our corporate customers have also opted for a 2 day + 1 day delivery model approximately a week apart to allow more time for micro-teach preparation.

‘Lite Bites’

Bite Sized Learning

What if we could give you a toolkit of Development Resources that came in Bite-Size chunks that would enable your staff to undertake development at a time to suit them and the business needs?

Concept Academies recognises that releasing people for attendance on training workshops, whilst wholly valuable in development terms, involves cost and disruption to the business as well as unmotivated learners where they cannot see the relevance of the content.. We have therefore designed a series of practical 2 hour training interactions, known as ‘Light Bites’.

These short subject-focused interactions enable learners to pick a topic that that is relevant to their individual needs and job role, study it at a time to suit them, and be able to apply the skills and methodologies immediately.
